cut path

hi I am new to all this and was wondering if you could tell me why I get all these loops when I convert to cut path?

possibly, the design size is too small which makes the kerf compensation too large to fit in all the little curves - scale the size up a lot

but: with design edge you need one or more upgrades to turn on the exclude-crossovers setting in the offset/crossover settings section

without the upgrade you need real cam software with basic cam features to pre-apply kerf compensation and round off all turns to a minimum radius of half the kerf width before importing into design edge
