Resizing

Gary, First Off Thank you very much for sharing your talent.
I need to change the size on a couple of your Art Work pieces that I down loaded, is this possible ? or permitted ?
ie.. One piece I would like to resize from 24" wide to 15" wide, But would like your permission first.
