Display of artwork

Instead of actually cutting multiple pieces from the art work and having to store them could I just advertise the GIF of the work and cut it out once I receive an order? I wont be actually selling the art of course but just a representation of what I am able to cut out without actually having to hold onto the pieces until sold.

If you are asking about signtorch clip art - then yes, you can display an image of the design(s) as opposed to a photo of an object - however, the license does stipulate that any one design cannot be displayed at more than 320 pixels across
