Combine path - lines to one line

Hi, Is there a software available which combines many path to ONE ONLY path?
I have a hot wire cutting machine and need one path, the inner elements must be available for the hot wire...
for example the pumpkin as attached, the wire must reach the mouth and the eyes to cut this out.
