Hi, response from the client below, re the request for the flowers, not sure what the best way to go with that is. we can go laser kerf for the face features so they can be as detailed as you like.

The horses tail, maybe just facing down a bit?
Not too happy on the face but not sure how we can change it?
Possibly adding some real small wildflowers in the grass at all?
Love the detail and the proportions of everything.

The Client has replied:
'I’m just not sure about the face still, I think it’s the lines down from the eyes and nose? If we are able to have one more try at the face I would love that.'
Whilst we understand that the bridging is necessary and without it, the face wont work at all; and we explained that faces and likeness are difficult; the client is struggling with it.
Are you able to have one more try on thinning out the lines?
