It's cut out of Oracal 651 vinyl on my Silhouette Cameo machine.

I needed something similar but different.
Here's what I came up with, using your skull as the center piece.

Feel free to use it, other than your skull I created the rest of the images.. I didnt cut this yet to verify everything is good.
