without layers will have to collapse the colors and tie it all together

with layers it can be either fewer layers and fewer parts with more differences from the original or more layers and more parts more like the original including the black outline around the yellow text behind the white center

either way, some things will have to be adapted to work, like bridging the bird's eye, etc

42" is large enough to go either way

price is $25 for single layer or $35 for layers

attached image is rough example of solid, outlined, and layered

Let’s do layers and try to keep it close to the chip but doesn’t have to match exactly. We can get rid of the llc if it is going to be small and the two white holes that are through the yellow layer. The outside can be all black and I will paint the white and gray. I am fine with the name not having the black outline unless it is needed to make the bird look correct. Really whatever you think is best.

this file has layers stacked all in one in case you want to add screw holes or something

3 layer, 4 color

back layer - yellow - inset .2" under middle layer so it doesn't stick out or show outer edge behind black middle layer

Would it look weird if we removed the grey ring on the top layer and put three notches in the black middle layer so the yellow on the bottom would show to look like the edge of the poker chip?

you had said you'd paint the white and grey poker chip effects - I'd just do that on the dark grey layer

if you notch the black then you must remove the inset on the yellow to be flush with the black and then you'd have a two-tone yellow and black edge

notwithstanding, a one (or two) layer thick edge is not really going to look like a (43") poker chip enough to be worth the trouble

Would it be possible for you to add three notches in the outer gray ring so it will look kinda like this chip. I will let the black layer show behind it. It cut perfect! It just doesn’t look quite right painted. I think it would look better layered like the rest of it. If you need more money for changing that let me know. Thanks
