I redraw it in clean black and white, then most tracing software will work pretty good, I used autotrace

only problem is it's obsolete - I always liked it because it worked good for me (because I redraw everything in clean black and white before tracing) - and it has centerline tracing - but in windows it only runs on 32 bit - and it is a command line program (no gui) - and it doesn't do straight lines right

you'd be better off finding something else - but I'm not sure which tracing software to recommend - they all have problems that annoy me more than autotrace so I still make do with autotrace
