Files for .18" and .25" mat'l - grill has handles and sits on top so it is always removeable - the rectangle strips are stiffeners to tack weld to bottom of grill (about 1/2" to the inside) to minimize potential warping (optional) - has clearance around slots for plasma taper and radius - .18" should work with 10 ga. mat'l - layout is 39" x 47" - pit nominal size is 18" x 18"
