The usual required, with grass underneath.

Initial photo was 5706B sent through - but the quality is very poor.
They have sent through 5706C as the alternate

the quality on both is very poor - 5706C is a photo of a computer screen - that is not acceptable

I believe they were trying to be stealthy to get a shot from their partners photos without them knowing - I'm guessing that's why we ended up with a computer screen shot. I wasn't sure if the computer hatching would be problematic, sorry.

I'll let them know that this won't work.
Unfortunately the dog has passed; and the angles of all other photos they have given me are from top down and won't translate to a laser cut piece.

ok - if that's all we can get then I can do it - but when I can't see the hair it doesn't come out very sharp
