IM TRYING TO CUT THIS WITH A PLASMA CUTTER USING PLASMA CAM. HAVING A VERY HARD TIME WITH THE IMAGE. MAYBE SOMEONE MORE EXPERIANCED CAN HELP ME OUT WITH THIS PROJECT FOR MY SONS ROOM. HE LOVES MOTOCROSS AND THIS WOULD BE PERFECT FOR HIM.

i cant get the files to open in plasma cam?

The download is a zip file with multiple files compressed into one. You have to unzip it (save it, right click on it, hit extract-all or similar, follow the prompts). Then import the DXF format.

You can google "zip file" for more information.

You can try wobzip.org to unzip small zip files online.

in the video above I'm using photoshop - any raster program using a pen will work - hand drawing means I get to decide where to put each line and what it should look like - I make a large clean black and white - then vector tracing software works much better on the black and white than on the original photo - for that I use autotrace - then I use corel draw for vector clean-up and publishing - and I use v-carve pro to convert EPS to DXF with arcs
