Can someone convert this to GBR file?

Hello guys!
Can someone convert SignTorch work into GBR file? I tried by myself with few programs and i couldn't.
Who can do it for me? Want to cut this for myself to hang in the window because of incoming christmas.

.gbr is a very obscure format - I'm not aware of anyone using it


what's it used for? what kind of cutting system are you using?

Well i used that program which u linked and after converting it to gbr the file was EMPTY and there was nothing to cut.

ALL i use in my company is : Optitex 12, Unicut, Draftsight. Unicut is the final file which cuts for me.
Also if u want to know I cut with Unicut Cutter CC80 from company called " Allcomp Polska S.A ".

ok, I am not sure what optitex and unicut is exactly or what reaconverter does for .gbr but a search for optitex12 leads to the link below

I have to give up on this problem - .gbr is foreign to me....
